What Is Operator Efficiency?

Operator efficiency refers to the productivity and performance of individual workers or teams involved in the production process

1. Process SMV (Standard Minute Value): Process SMV is the standard time allocated to complete a specific operation or process in garment manufacturing. It’s measured in minutes and represents the time a skilled operator should take to perform a task under normal working conditions.
2. Working Hours: The total number of hours worked during the sewing line.
3. Operator Produce Quantity refers to the number of garment pieces or units an individual operator or worker produces within a specific time.
