What Is SAH (Standard Allocated Hours)?

SAH represents the standard time allocated for producing a certain quantity of garments or completing a specific set of operations. It’s based on pre-determined time standards for each operation involved in making a garment.

  1. QC Pass: This refers to the number of units that have passed Quality Control. It represents the quantity of garments that meet the required quality standards produced by a sewing line.
  2. SMV (Standard Minute Value): This is the standard time allowed for an operation to be completed by an average skilled operator. In your formula, it’s referred to as Garments SMV (Minutes)
